My friend was wondering;
If you have a bird character whom is female, would it be necessary to draw boobs?
Her argument is: "If they have boobs, wouldn't they have feathers covering, would they even show?"
And
"They aren't mammalian, so would they even have the to begin with?"

I suppose a bird anthro wouldn't need boobs, but if someone wanted to add them just because, or for effect, then that would be fine, right?

Yeah it really would not matter. Some characters may be depicted with boobs, others may not, it's completely up to you as their creator. There is no "right way" to draw an anthro technically, and as such, we don't have any rules regarding genitalia. x3
